I am Pe’a Monique, a Freelance Wardrobe Stylist working out of the Tri-State area and Atlanta. I am certified by New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. I am currently enrolled at New York University studying Public Relations. I have been studying Fashion Styling for 3 years, while working freelance trying to build relationships with vendors, photographers and models. I started as an Image Consultant and Fashion Stylist for an up and coming female group signed to Universal Records. I have also collaborated with noted Fashion Photographer Didier Dorot formerly of Bazaar Magazine. Shaerif Ziyadat Photographer for G-unit Record Label, and Stock Photographer Faure Emmanuel. I have also assisted on editorial spreads for Black Men’s Magazine and Numero Magazine of Austria. In the fall of 2007 and winter 2008; I worked as an Assistant Wardrobe Technician for New York’s Fashion Week. I worked shows for top designers Charles Nolan of Lord & Taylor, Rock & Republic, Abaete, Ashleigh Verrier and Tuleh. I have studied under Pamela Macklin former Fashion Editor for Essence Magazine and Nancy Alusik stylist for Bridal Guide Magazine. My long term goal is to build myself as a brand in the Fashion/Image Business with an amazing Glam Squad that will change and reinvent how we live with Fashion.
